2. Our role
HomelyGo lists homestays run by independent local hosts and lets guests book them. The host provides the stay and is responsible for the property, its facilities and the services offered there. HomelyGo provides the booking platform, collects online payments on the host's behalf and pays hosts their share.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.
4. Bookings and payments
- The price, the platform fee, the amount payable online and any balance payable at the property are shown before you pay.
- A booking is confirmed only after the online payment is successfully verified, or, for properties that allow it, after confirmation without an advance.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
- Room prices are set by hosts. Any taxes are shown in the price breakdown before payment.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the policy shown on the listing at booking.
6. Check-in and identity documents
Hosts may need to see and record a government photo ID at check-in, as required by local regulations. Guests must follow the property's house rules.
7. Hosts
Hosts must provide accurate listing details, honour confirmed bookings and comply with applicable laws. Listings go live only after review by HomelyGo. HomelyGo deducts its agreed commission from online payments before paying the host.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, post false information or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HomelyGo is not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts or guests, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in West Bengal have jurisdiction.
